Die restlichen Songs fallen nicht ab. &#8222;Freak Show&#8220;, unbedingt anh\u00f6ren! Ich habe selten ein Album geh\u00f6rt, das mich mit seiner Melancholie so gefangen hat. Selbst \u201eForever Autumn\u201c von Lake Of Tears, ein hervorragendes Album, packt mich nicht so wie \u201eLeaving Eden\u201c. Grandioses Album,\u00a0 grandiose Musiker.<br \/>Es geht um den Verlust von Dingen, die einem selbst Sicherheit geben: Freundschaft, Geborgenheit, Beziehungen. \u201eAnother Face In The Window\u201c ist f\u00fcr mich ein einsamer, wohl \u00e4lterer Mensch, der eben nicht zu irgendeinem Gesicht in einem Fenster mutieren will. Aber da drau\u00dfen ist die Welt gnadenlos. Im Hintergrund l\u00e4uft wohl ein Fernseher oder Radio. Dadurch entsteht f\u00fcr mich ein Bild: einsam und traurig. Hier tropft Atmosph\u00e4re aus allen Poren.\u00a0<\/p><p>&#8222;Leaving Eden&#8220; wurde von Mick Moss alleine geschrieben. Ich sehe es nicht als Konzeptalbum mit einer durchgehenden Geschichte. Es besitzt aber einen roten Faden, der sich durch das gesamte Album zieht. Auf Vinyl klingt es runder und konturierter. Es gibt keine Kratzer. Leider ist mein Exemplar deutlich verzogen. Sie klingt zwar hervorragend, aber mal wieder ist eine neue Vinylplatte verzogen.
