Gender Reference
I value complete equality for all people.
To make the information and offers easier to read for you as a viewer, I generally use either the masculine or feminine form of terms for the presentation on my entire website. This does not, of course, mean that the other gender is disadvantaged.
When I speak of employees, for example, I mean both female employees and people of the gender "diverse". However, I try to use neutral words where it does not affect readability. If I know of any pronouns that people in a band want to use, I use them.
Thank you for your understanding.
