Gender Reference

I value the complete equality of all people. To make all information and offers easier to read for you as a viewer, I generally use either the masculine or feminine form of terms throughout my website. This is, of course, in no way intended to discriminate against the other gender.
For example, when I refer to employees, I mean both female employees and people of diverse genders. However, I try to use neutral words where it doesn't impair readability. If I am aware of preferred pronouns for members of a band, I will use them. I am always open to suggestions.
Thank you for your understanding.
